Morristown Medical Center - Billing/Misinformed Patience *** Very Poor Services
Me and My wife Visited Atlantic healthcare system-Rockway on 09/29/2015 for annual medical checkup.
After a month we start receiving large amount of lab bill upon checking with insurance it been found that these bills were due because Atlantic health care file all claim under regular visit and not under Preventive healthcare.
In order to re-mediate this issue multiple visits been made to doctor office and provided required insurance document also but no change has been made and still we are receiving bill due notice which we not suppose to pay.
We tried to contact on billing number left multiple voicemail but no updates been received.
It seems they know its their issue but dont want to fix it. they dont respond on time. They dont give you email address nor respond over phone. Every time you talk to them they keep saying be patience billing issue takes time. I mean they are not serious about their issue.
