AHS-Morristown Medical Center I was given a two day nuclear stress by my doctor using AHS equipment in his office. My insurance company paid the full amount form both tests on the first day the the tests and gave me full documentation on this.

AHS and the Accurate Collection Agency insist that since nothing was paid on the second day, I ow them $2446, the full insured costs of the test. This is blind accounting in which complete ignorance by AHS billing service is famous for. Also as verified from the office of the cardologist everything, including use of the equipment of AHS was completely paid. Two questions: How could I institute a claim in the Morristown Civil Court for 2446.00 plus pain in terms of stress, lack of sleep, anger, etc.

What agency in NJ could I file a complaint against AHS?
